New York, NY - Milwaukee Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon was named rookie of the year at the first ever NBA Awards Show in New York City Monday night. Brogdon is the first second - round draft pick to win the award in NBA history. 

Giannis Antetokounmpo was named the NBA's most improved player. He's the first player to win the award in Bucks' franchise history.
