Marquette Golden Eagles Basketball Assistant Coaches Dwayne Killings and Justin Gainey join The Wendy's Big Show to discuss Coaches For Action, an organization founded by the coaches in the Big East to help student-athletes have a voice in the movement to end racial injustices.

Here are some things the organization hopes to accomplish:

  • Add a Black Lives Matter patch to the uniforms in the Big East Conference to race awareness of the movement.
  • Educate how important voting is for student-atheletes, coaches, and the surround community of the Big East Conference in the political arena. Coaches For Action want to hold a voter registration event at each Big East school.
  • Form a scholarship to help minority students with a 3.0 GPA attend their hopeful Big East school.
