Green Bay, WI - Matt LaFleur has only been on the job 3 months, but he's already making changes to what has been in place for nearly 14 years in Green Bay.

The new Packers head coach has opened up training camp to include the Houston Texans in some joint practices with the Packers, something that has not happened since 2005, Mike Sherman's last year as head coach.

LaFleur has changed the weekly practice schedule for the team, bringing back Friday practices. He's also re-arranged the voluntary mini camp for veterans to this week, just days before the NFL Draft Thursday night.
