MLB suspends Strickland & Harper for fight

San Francisco, CA -  Major League Baseball has handed out suspensions following a bench-clearing brawl on Memorial Day during the Giants game hosting the Nationals. Giants pitcher Hunter Strickland has been suspended for six games after throwing a "bean ball" directly at the Nationals' Bryce Harper. MLB suspended Harper for four games for charging Stickland on the mound and throwing the first punch in a fight that flooded the field with players and coaches. READ MORE
