Murphy expects, demands that Rodgers accept change

February 26, 2019 - 5:19 pm

Things have been changing in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Last offseason, Brian Gutekunst supplanted Ted Thompson as general manager. This offseason, Matt LaFleur succeeded Mike McCarthy as head coach.

Amid all that change, two big personalities have remained a constant – team president Mark Murphy and quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Murphy addressed the media at the NFL Scouting Combine, Tuesday, and took the opportunity to discuss those changes, Rodgers and how the two are linked together.

"He has to embrace it," says Murphy via ESPN.com's Rob Demovsky. "And I think he is. I hope he adapts well. I'm excited. I know he's excited. I've had some discussions with him."
