GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Packers announced a trio of roster moves prior to Thursday's preseason opener against the Texans.

Campbell played three games, starting one, with the Packers last season. He made 18 tackles and forced one fumble before tearing his ACL. He has been placed on the team's physically unable to perform (PUP) list as he continues to get physically "football ready."

Grant, signed by the team at the start of training camp, will seemingly have to continue his NFL journey elsewhere. Headed into his fifth season, the cut comes as a bit of a surprise given the Packers' lack of experienced depth at running back (Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams are out with hamstring injuries) and kick/punt returner -- a role Grant has handled with some success in the past.

Donnerson, a 2018 seventh-round pick, spent his first pro season as a member of the practice squad.
