Brewers invite pitcher Tomlin to Spring Training

MILWAUKEE -- The Brewers have added another arm to their arsenal heading into Spring Training.
#Brewers have signed free-agent RHP Josh Tomlin to a minor-league contract with an invitation to major-league spring training, source tells The Athletic. Gets $1.25M base in majors with $2.25M in incentives based on inning pitched - can max out at $3.5M with 150 IP.

Tomlin spent all nine seasons of his MLB career thus far with the Cleveland Indians. He has a career ERA of 4.77, and had a rough 2018 season -- posting a 6.14 ERA and having his role transition from the rotation to the bullpen.
