Green Bay, WI - The Green Bay Packers will begin the Matt LaFleur era with a lot of home cooking.

The NFL released the team's 2019 regular season schedule Wednesday. Five of the first eight games are at Lambeau Field. From Week 2 to Week 4 the Packers will have three home games in a row.

Green Bay will also play in two Thursday night games, at the Bears Week 1, and hosting the Eagles Week 4.

They will be in prime time four times. Their game in Dallas Week 5 will be a 3:25pm start.

The Packers bye week won't come until mid-November in Week 11.

The preseason schedule is odd, with several Thursday games leading up to the Packers Thursday night match-up vs. the Bears Week 1. Since the Oakland Raiders still don't have a home stadium determined yet for 2019, the schedule is left open as "TBA" or "to be announced" until owner Mark Davis can finalize a plan.
