It's tough to gauge where Aaron Rodgers is at this point in his career after one season in Matt LaFleur's offense. 

We've seen other quarterbacks in the league who are able to lead their team's as they reach the age of 40, like Tom Brady and Drew Brees.  Other quarterbacks like Eli Manning and Philip Rivers have seen their production on the field dip very rapidly.
