MILWAUKEE -- Christian Yelich finished the 2018 season as the National League leader in batting average as well as OPS; so it was only right that Yelich walked away with a Silver Slugger award Thursday night. Yelich finished the campaign with 36 home runs and 110 runs batted in, coming up just two bombs and one RBI shy of winning the National League triple crown. Seemingly the uncrowned 2018 NL MVP has more awards to win following a historic first season with the Milwaukee Brewers.
